Yes, withdrawals at ba99o are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A request made at 2 AM follows the same processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfers may experience slight delays outside banking hours, but this is not an issue with mobile banking.

Yes, for security purposes ba99o only approves withdrawals to a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Sending money to someone else's number is not available. This is an important measure to protect your funds.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the requirement is to place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. Once that requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable just like a regular balance, and the standard withdrawal process applies.

Decimal odds represent the total amount you get back for every ৳1 wagered, including your original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 — if you bet ৳100 and win, you receive ৳250 (profit of ৳150). Odds of 1.50 means you get ৳150 back on a ৳100 bet. The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome and the greater the potential win.

If a match is left incomplete due to rain or another reason and no official result is declared, ba99o generally cancels the bet and refunds your original stake. However, markets where the result was already determined (such as a completed first innings) may still be settled. Always check the terms and conditions.

Yes, ba99o offers in-play or live betting. After a match starts, you can place bets in real time based on how each ball plays out. Odds in live markets change every moment, so quick decisions are needed. A stable internet connection gives you the best experience.

BPL and T20 international matches typically offer markets including match winner, total runs, number of wickets, toss result, top run scorer, and top wicket taker. For big matches such as Bangladesh vs India, even more markets are available. Active markets for each event can be seen on that event's page.

Betting markets are settled after the official result is confirmed at the end of a match. In most cases, winnings are added to your wallet shortly after the match ends. If there is a delay, contact the support team — they are available 24/7.

The welcome bonus is applied automatically when you open an account at ba99o for the first time and make your first deposit. No separate code is needed. You receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500.

No, the welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. It applies to the first deposit only. If the same person attempts to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts, that will be considered a violation of the site's policy and the accounts involved may be closed.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw winnings from a bonus. At ba99o this is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets. After that, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Slot games generally contribute the most toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Casino table games and live casino games may also contribute, but at different percentages. Sports betting markets also count in some cases. For the exact list, refer to the bonus section of the terms and conditions or speak to the support team.

The maximum welcome bonus is ৳5,000. So if you deposit ৳8,000, the bonus will be ৳5,000 at most — even though 150% of ৳8,000 would be ৳12,000, the cap means it stops at ৳5,000. Your total starting balance will therefore be ৳8,000 + ৳5,000 = ৳13,000.
