Registration Eligibility

To open an account on ba99o, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The account must be for your own personal use — operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification

ba99o may at any time request relevant documents for age and identity verification. Government-recognised documents such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be used in the verification process. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Login & Access

• You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• If suspicious activity is detected, ba99o reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.
• Be cautious about saving your password in a browser or on a device.

Account Suspension & Closure

ba99o may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If registration was completed using false information.
• If multiple accounts are being operated.
• If bonuses or promotions are being misused.
• If the account holder is involved in any fraudulent activity.
• If any clause of these Terms is violated.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount on ba99o is ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits made outside the approved payment methods will not be accepted.
• The deposited amount will be credited directly to your ba99o wallet.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers are discouraged.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Bank Transfer

For deposits or withdrawals via bank transfer, major banks in Bangladesh — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks — are generally supported. Processing times for bank transfers may be somewhat longer.

Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at ba99o, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000.

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example:

• ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.

If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering period is completed, the bonus may be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following behaviours will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk bets that cause loss to the platform.
• Playing through coordinated or multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.

General Gaming Policy

• The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• The rules for each game are available within the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• Intentionally abandoning a game may result in the outcome being determined accordingly.

Sports Betting

The following applies when participating in markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• If any match is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
• For live betting, odds are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• No bet can be changed or cancelled after an event has started.
• ba99o reserves the right to investigate unusual betting patterns.

Data Collection & Use

• Information provided at registration will be used solely for identity verification and service delivery.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud prevention.

Strictly Prohibited

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to cheat.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security.
• Operating an account using a false identity or documents.

Self-Control Tools

• Taking a temporary break or self-excluding.
• Requesting a temporary account suspension.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement. Players may request to close their account. ba99o reserves the right to close any account in the event of a breach of terms. Any balance held at the time of termination will remain withdrawable, provided there has been no bonus-related violation.
